We are Madelyn and Lane, the team behind Nolans Photography Co. Based in San Antonio, Texas, we’re passionate about capturing meaningful moments in a way that feels genuine, timeless, and true to you. From weddings and engagements to graduation sessions and portraits, we love creating images that tell your story and preserve the moments that matter most.

Working together as a couple brings a unique heart behind what we do. We care about creating an experience that feels comfortable, personal, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our goal is not only to deliver beautiful images, but to help you feel fully present and confident throughout the process.

Lane brings years of experience in photography and visual storytelling, with a background in portraits, weddings, events, and creative media. Maddie brings a thoughtful eye and warm presence to every shoot, with experience photographing senior sessions, weddings, and events. Together, we love serving people well and creating images that feel both personal and lasting.

  • Our style is warm, natural, and editorial with a focus on honest storytelling. We want your photos to feel elevated, but never forced. We pay attention to the small details, the in-between moments, and the genuine emotions that make your story feel personal. While we will guide you when needed, our goal is to create images that feel effortless, timeless, and true to who you are.

  • The first step is to fill out our inquiry form with a few details about your session, wedding, or event. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review the details and send over availability, pricing, and next steps. To officially reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Your date is not fully booked until both are completed.

  • You can expect a calm, thoughtful, and guided experience. We’ll help with posing, movement, and direction so you never feel like you have to know exactly what to do. At the same time, we leave space for real moments to happen naturally. Our goal is to make the experience feel comfortable, intentional, and true to you from beginning to end.

  • For weddings and elopements, you can expect sneak peeks within 72 hours. Full gallery delivery depends on the type of session or event, but we will always provide a clear delivery timeline when you book. Every image is carefully selected and professionally edited so your final gallery feels cohesive, polished, and thoughtfully put together.

  • Your final images will be delivered through a private online gallery. From there, you can download your high-resolution images, share the gallery with family and friends, and order prints if you’d like. The gallery is designed to make viewing, downloading, and sharing your photos simple and easy.

  • We understand that some moments are more personal, and we are happy to honor privacy requests when needed. By booking with Nolan’s Photography Co., clients receive personal usage rights to download, share, and print their images. Nolan’s Photography Co. retains the copyright to the final images and may use select photos for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.

    If you would prefer that your photos remain private, please let us know before booking so we can make note of that in your agreement. We also offer usage rights and copyright buyout options for clients, brands, or events that require exclusive image use.
